Doctor Who- The Enemy Within (color)

Here's my Eighth Doctor piece brilliantly colored by Charlie Kirchoff (Do yourself a favor and find/follow/friend him on the social network of your choice.).

I drew this for Charlie's digital coloring demo at this years GallifreyOne convention.

And here's the B/W:

DOCTOR WHO- THE ENEMY WITHIN!

Here's an Eighth Doctor piece I drew for Charlie Kirchoff's coloring demo at the GallifreyOne convention last weekend. Unfortunately, I've never been to Gally. Every year it rolls around and I kick myself for not making arrangements earlier. Oh well, I was at least there in spirit thanks to this piece and the giant, poster-size Seventh Doctor #1 cover that hung above the IDW Publishing table.

1968 CYBERMEN ANNUAL

Another faux cover! This time around, it's memoribillia for the Cybermania that never quite took off. A cover for a 1968 Cybermen Annual that history never allowed.

THE TIDES OF TIME

A piece I did, with the brilliant coloring of Charlie Kirchoff, for Vworp Vworp magazine Vol. 2 (more about them at: http://www.vworpvworp.co.uk/ ). VV is a fantastic fanzine devoted to the comic book/strip adventures of Doctor Who. It is one of the best looking/produced fanzines I have ever seen and the love they have for the material shines through on every page. I highly recommend it to every Who fan.

The Seven Doctors

DOCTOR WHO CLASSICS: THE SEVENTH DOCTOR #4

The cover to IDW's Doctor Who Classics: The Seventh Doctor #4. This issue features the strip Planet of the Dead, which stars Doctor's 1-7, so how could I not take that opportunity to do another multi Doctor cover? This one was inspired by the old Target Doctor Who novelization covers.

And once again, colorist Charlie Kirchoff has hit it out of the park!

And just for fun, here it is as if it were a Target Novelization:

Doctor Who Classics: Seventh Doctor #4
Simon Furman, John Freeman (w) • John Higgins, Lee Sullivan (a) • Robert Hack (c)

IDW’s newly recolored reprints of classics Doctor Who tales continue with the Seventh Doctor! Follow the Doctor into space in “Keepsake” and “Planet of the Dead.” Features an all-new cover by Robert Hack and new colors by Charlie Kirchoff.
