Doctor Who Classics series 3 #6

Well, the last issue of Doctor Who Classic is out. It's a shame that it's over. It was a great Series and Charlie Kirchoff was doing a brilliant job on the colors. But everything ends, such is the nature of existence. And we went out, not with a whimper, but with a big bang- Sexy Peri! I've seen a few mentions about the overtly sexy Peri online and they've been hilarious and positive.

And here's my cover for #6 (with colors by the aforementioned Mr. Kirchoff).

Arriving in comic shops tomorrow, May 5th is Doctor Who Classics III #3:
Cover art by me, with colors by Charlie Kirchoff and published by the overwhelmingly fantastic folks at IDW- chief among them Denton Tipton and Chris Ryall.

The issue reprints the complete 6th Doctor story, POLLY THE GLOT, from Doctor Who Magazine 95-97 by Steve Parkhouse and John Ridgway with brand new colors by the aformentioned and excellent Charlie Kirchoff.

Every aspect of doing covers for IDW's Doctor Who Classics is a dream come true. As a fan of the series since I was five years old, as a fan of these comics, and as someone who loves to wallow in his nerdity- it is overwhelmingly, indescribably awesome. And being able to do this cover might be the most amazing part of something that was already beyond brilliant. The Six Doctors-- How cool is that?.
